I originate/ analyze/ package a significant number of Business, Commercial and Residential Loans. I welcome referrals and will also work with you on a referral fee arrangement.

I am a Business Consultant and a fully licensed broker. I specialize in Business, Commercial and Residential Loans of all types. Unlike most brokers I analyze and package the deal including a detailed cash flow analysis. Thus any perceived shortcomings in the deal are addressed prior to submission. How often have you had  a deal fall through because you could not obtain financing? I also work with the Sellers to compile their financials or re file their Tax returns since most small business owners are at best disoriented in this area. I then shop the deal around with some of the most competitive lenders in that segment to get the best possible rate for my clients. Due to my ongoing relationship with these lenders I am often able to obtain a rate lower than the offered market rate.  I also follow the loan through closure. I have a high success rate and have to my credit some very difficult deals. Loan Structure

  • These can be with or without property

  •  Typically 10-20% down payment is required

  • Loan value from $50K to $10M

  •  Interest Rates are Typically Prime + 1.5 to 2.75 %

  • Pre Approvals are obtained in 2-3 Business Days of submitting the required documents

  • Formal Commitment Letters are obtained within 2-3 weeks of submitting documents after Pre Approval is obtained

  • If there is no property then the term of the loan is 10 years; If there is property then the term is 20-25 years

  • We also have  a No Income verification loan for Borrowers with Good credit

  • Loans can be Conventional, SBA or Private Lenders depending on the deal
